Wine Menu

White Glass (175ml) Bottle

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, Vallevo, Cantina Frentana.
A trustworthy classic. This wine is pale straw in colour, with aromas of
almond, citrus and a hint of herbs. It is bone dry and finishes with a very
attractive hint of apple-skin. (V)

Pinot Bianco Tappo a Vite, Cantina Bolzano – Kellerai Bozen
A bright straw yellow with greenish hues, with fruity aromas of yellow
apples and pears with a scent of peach and pineapple. Fresh opulence,
persistent on the palate.

Malvasia Vigna 80 anni, I Clivi,
A slightly aromatic Malvasia marked by very gentle chamomile aromas.
There is floral elegance here as well. Acidic yet delicate on the palate, it has
a lovely textural balance. Hand-picked grapes – only 3,000 bottles a year.

Motta del Lupo Cacc’e Mmitte di Lucera
A blend of Nero di Troia, Montepulciano and Bombino. It is a juicy red
wine with aromas of forest fruits, plum and spicy notes of cinnamon.
On the palate it’s smooth, fresh and energetic. Organic (V)

Mt Etna Rosso Ciauria
A beautifullyaromatic Nerello Mascalese sourced from pre-phylloxera
vines on the slopes of Mount Etna, fermented with wild yeasts and aged
for 6 months in French oak barrels. Pure Sicilian delight with bright cherry
fruit and a smoky minerality. (V) Organic

Barbera d’Asti DOCG
Deep in colour, aromas of near overripe cherries and plum, black pepper
and spices. This Barbera has great acidity with rich black cherries, softened tannins,
a great mouthfeel and a very pleasant finish. (V) Organic
